Clockwork GirlIn the corner sits a little girl.  Her eyes stare at nothing,  She is broken and alone.  Her skin has eroded away  Golden gears and springs  Lost in darkness.  Cobwebs encompass her  
Cracked clockwork body.  The slightest tick echoes  Around her empty shell,  Reminding her every second  That she is abandoned  By the only one she loves.  For the first time  In a thousand years  She sees a light.  The door at the top  Of the stairs opens.  Her dead eyes flicker  
Whirring breath  
Creaking joints  She tries to move  
But rust holds her Clockwork Girl

Pet Rock                Frank sat on the grass, his body cool and speckled with dew. It was morning, and thank god it was. Mornings were good, afternoons were bad. Very bad. Inhaling through his porous surface he thought,

I'm not dead yet!

Hello everybody! 'Tis been a million effing years since I posted last, so here is what I've been doing lately.
For about a month or so I haven't been able to draw at all :cry: and I don't know why. So I decided to do what I've been wanting to for years: make artsy cloth dolls. Right now I am working on my first one, a Moon Goddess, and I think I might have gotten a bit over my head with it. I chose the most advanced pattern in the book I'm using (do you think it's a bad thing that I'm using a book for patterns?) but it's turning out pretty good so far.
I have many others planned and I'm keeping myself occupied and happy with it.
Also I have been working on my novel, I have 20 or so chapters planned out and I will be writing when I'm done with my dolls or when I get bored, so I'll keep you posted.
